**The Houston County Library Board shall hold monthly meetings on the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 P.M.
These meetings will be rotated among the three libraries in the county. The board will meet in the Perry Library in January, April, July, and October,
in the Centerville Library in February, May, August, and November, in the Nola Brantley Memorial Library in March, June, September, and December.
